wk02 Rock, paper, scissors final phase
After the feedback session, I became aware of how the red really contrasted the beige so I decided to make all my text a nice dark red while the background was a smoothing beige color. Going with a concept similar to my 7th thumbnail, I decided to mix a small amount of graphics in certain areas and contain the text to its own areas. The only thing I had a problem with was the lower left image. Although it was not working with rest of the page, I still thought it was a good wrap up to the page. Although it disrupts the overall flow of the page, it would still catch the eye of someone looking at it, making it more a hook than the main focus. The way I think could fix this would be to make is as a watermark and have it be less visible, but I could not figure out how to do that with my basic knowledge of Photoshop. Besides that, I was able to keep what I thought was a basic layout portraying how the game is basic.

Very good research phase, strong thumbnails and references. I like all the earthy tones in your references. Be careful of how the text wraps around your images in the post. As for your final deliverable, I love the beige and red contrast. I really like the font you selected, it fits the font color contrast for some reason. I like how the smaller image in top right is same color and similar font type to the font around it. The image in middle left also flows nicely with the elements around it. I agree with your comments on the bottom left image. It does mess up the flow of the image but it needs to be there. It just needs to be refined to make it fit with the rest of the image. The watermark might work or else delete the background and swap out the colors for some colors that compliment the existing color palette.
